Our state-of-the-art production techniques allow us to make smooth, streamlined arches out of a single piece of profile, as opposed to the traditional method used by other companies of piecing several sections of PVCu together, resulting in a fragmented appearance and unsightly joints. Not only superior looks, our one-piece method gives greater strength and stability to your design.</p> <p>When we first exhibited this technique, a time-served joiner mistook the frame for real wood. On closer inspection, he realised this fabulous design was in fact PVCu. He commented that it looked as desirable as real wood, but without the drawbacks of twisting and warping.
