'Add romance' with arched windows
Many homeowners are looking to add romance to their property, it has been claimed, which could lead some to consider arched windows and leaded double
glazing.
One home which is fitted with leaded double glazing is in Esher, Surrey, with elements of half-timbered Tudor design incorporated
into its appearance.
While it stops short of arched windows, it does include leaded glass, which the Times reports that owner Sue Culling and
her family "love".
"These are really pretty houses with lots of character," she tells the publication.
"But
they are also light and airy and perfect for family life."
Homeowners looking to add character to their own property might be interested

These distinctive designs include a curved upper edge, adding style while allowing light in
through the extra half-circle of glass.
Force 8 adds that it is able to produce windows in "practically any shaped frame that customers
can dream of" by mapping their scale drawings into a full-size finished design.
