Home improvements are not only a passion for older homeowners looking to increase the value of their properties, they have also become a hobby for the

Zac Efron, star of the High School Musical trilogy and more recently the movie 17 Again, has told how he has been
kept busy recently carrying out DIY work around his new property in the Hollywood hills.
However, the star admits that he has needed some
advice along the way and has turned to his co-star and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens for help.
Showbiz Spy reports that the star reveals that
his other half has been quick to give him interior design advice.
"She's great, she's been helping me out, Efron said, adding:
"She's got a great sense of style anyway so that's great for me."
Meanwhile, a homeowner from Milton Keynes has revealed how her
own property's interior, specifically its arched doors, has led to it being
featured on the box.
Elspeth Grace told the Independent that her arched
doors created space, which had allowed a film crew to fit in while shooting a recent Sainsbury's commercial starring Ant and Dec.
