Composite doors news - DIY isn't scary

People should not be afraid to try their hand at a spot of DIY, one sector commentator has claimed - which may inspire homeowners to have a go at installing their own composite doors.

Andrew Bernard, an actor and JML's resident DIY and car care presenter, said DIY "really is easy" and that people should keep in mind just one rule - to put their own safety first.

"If you just think about your project, plan it out in your mind, make sure you have got safety wear and really you can't go wrong," he explained.

Mr Bernard continued that if people make a mistake with their first attempt they can learn from this and have another go.

His comments come after interior designer Nina Campbell, in an article for the Telegraph, advised people to pay attention to the entrance area of their home as even if they do not have a hall which is architecturally dramatic, the room is still their own "grand entrance".

With this in mind, Britons may wish to consider spending some time making over their property entrance by installing new composite doors.

At Stockportdouble glazing supplier Force 8 they can have a go at designing their own composite doors and each order comes with a tutorial DVD which provides instructions on how to fit the new fixtures within just two hours.

Force 8 supply a full range of arched and composite doors.
